Add this one to the dumb criminals file. Police in York County say a man burglarized a home, but left
something very personal behind.
He left behind his cell phone and police were able to trace the phone right to him.
Neighbors can't get over what happened on their street. Police say someone broke into a Sunnyside Road home in
Jackson Township.
The victim called police who found electronics stolen, but one item left behind, a cell phone.
Neighbor Dan Styers just couldn’t believe how stupid the criminal was, “I've never heard of anything like that.
People leaving stuff behind, normally they are taking stuff.”
It was traced to 22-year-old Keenan Pleasant. Police went to his home and found their suspect and the stolen
electronics.
When police went to Pleasant's home they found him asleep in the basement. He told police he didn't know where his
phone was. Pleasant is charged with burglary and drug charges. He is being held on $5,000 bail. Click the video
